rake db:migrate failed

Installing a second app to the server, it seems, that db:migrate runs before gems:install, so db:migrate fail. It miss some gems.

rake gems:install isn't run in a moonshine deploy. Moonshine automatically installs the gems in config/gems.yml before running any rake tasks. Please make sure your config/gems.yml is up to date by running rake moonshine:gems.
Can you post the contents of your config/gems.yml as well as the output of running RAILS_ENV=production rake environment on the server? I'll take a look at this for you.
