friendlier error messages

When executing a manifest that didn't properly execute:
ManifestName#execute returned false: manifest does not respond_to?(:method). Please implement this method or remove the recipe :method declaration from this manifest.
When a manifest doesn't properly load:
Expected manifest_name.rb to define ManifestName
When a manifest isn't really a manifest at all:
ClassName is not a subclass of ShadowPuppet::Manifest
